Use of Services

• You must be at least 18 years old to book transportation services through our website.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting a reservation, including pickup and drop-off locations, contact details, and flight information where applicable.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion, including for safety, legal, or operational reasons.

Reservations and Cancellations

• All reservations are subject to vehicle availability and driver scheduling.
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled pickup time will not incur a fee. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a charge equal to the full booking amount.
• We are not liable for delays or missed pickups caused by inaccurate booking information provided by the customer.

Pricing and Payment

• All quoted prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice until a reservation is confirmed.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.
• Gratuities, tolls, parking fees, and applicable taxes may not be included in the quoted rate.

SMS and Phone Communications

By providing your phone number on our forms, you may consent to receive SMS text messages and phone calls from Michael Hanners Drives LLC. Our SMS program is used to communicate with customers about their transportation reservations, including trip confirmations, flight status updates, driver arrival notifications, scheduling reminders, and occasional promotional offers. We offer two types of messaging consent as described below.

SMS Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS text messages from Michael Hanners Drives LLC at any time by texting STOP to any number from which you receive a message, or by replying STOP to any message we send. Upon receiving STOP, we will discontinue all SMS messaging to your phone number. To opt out of phone calls, contact us directly using the information provided in the Contact Us section below. You may also reply HELP to any message for assistance.

Message and Data Rate Disclosures

Standard message and data rates may apply to any SMS messages sent to or received from Michael Hanners Drives LLC. These charges are determined by your wireless carrier and rate plan. We do not charge you directly for SMS messages. Check with your carrier for specific pricing and rate details. Message frequency varies depending on your reservations and the type of consent you have provided.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Michael Hanners Drives LLC is not liable for any delays or failures in the delivery of SMS messages. Message delivery is dependent on your wireless carrier's network availability and infrastructure. We are not responsible for messages that are lost, delayed, or undelivered due to carrier issues, network outages, or other circumstances beyond our control. Your mobile carrier may block or filter messages at their discretion, and we cannot guarantee that all messages will be received.

Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website, provide a phone number for SMS communications, or book transportation services through Michael Hanners Drives LLC. By providing your phone number and checking any consent box, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
