We are available to schedule 365 days and 24 hours a day with notice.

Standard service with up to 4 passengers from the Tri-City area to the Grand Rapids airport. Payment methods accepted: Cash, Zelle, Venmo or Credit Card.

SUVs with or without a trailer available for up to six people.  Market rate applies.

Pricing:

My prices have increased due to high fuel costs, expanding the scope and quality of the fleet and hiring some part time help.  Fees to the GR airport from Grand Haven and Norton Shores areas are as follows:

$90 standard service in a sedan.

$110 standard service in a SUV.

$140 for Premium ride in our Featured vehicle the 2026 Silver Palisade (The Flagship of the Hyundai brand).

$20 additional fee for pickups to the airport before 5 AM and for arrivals after 11:30 PM.

Wait Time Policy:
The standard fare includes up to one (1) hour of wait time. Additional wait time beyond the first hour will be billed in 30-minute increments at a rate of $20–$25 per increment. Total wait-time charges are capped at $50.

While airport transportation is our primary service, we may also offer other services on an ad hoc basis. Just let us know what you need, and we’ll do our best to accommodate!

We will follow up and verify availability within 24 hours.

Please include the following details with your request:

• Date of your appointment
• Pick-up and drop-off locations
• Flight number (if applicable) and arrival or departure time
• Number of passengers
• Pickup time.  Allow 60 minutes to get to destination at the desired time.  If traveling from the Tri-Cities area or the Muskegon area to GRR, please allow 60 minutes of travel time when determining your pickup time.

Important Notes:

• In the event of an extraordinary situation (e.g., multiple pickups, traffic, or weather-related delays), your driver will contact you directly if the pickup time needs to be adjusted. 
• If an appointment is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled ride, a $25 cancellation fee may be applied.
• We consider any flight scheduled in the first 3-4 hours of the day to be spillover rides and they should be designated as such since they are a continuation of the previous day.
